New Year’s resolutions: skin renewal!

smooths your skin for new year

January could be defined as a laid-back month; don’t you think so?… Back to routine after Christmas, cold, harsher weather conditions, shorter days, … Wake up!!!! There’s no time to waste! Labelist suggest not skipping your beauty routine on your New Year’s Resolution List.

Being a month with little sun exposure it is ideal for treatments that renew and improve the quality of the skin. The goal is to mitigate the effects of time: remove blemishes and imperfections or dead cells, improve tone, reduce pores and / or fight early wrinkles, always promoting hydration.

Renew your skin!

Young skin is renewed approximately every 28 days. However, as the years go by, this renewal slows down and, as a consequence, the skin loses oxygenation allowing a dull complexion.

Renewing your skin is not enough. Discipline and perseverance are needed, so consider these 5 tips to show a visibly radiant complexion in 2021:

  1. Get a good night’s sleep, if possible for at least 8 hours.
  2. Maintain a healthy diet.
  3. Exercise and eliminate toxins.
  4. Avoid bad habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption.
  5. Last but not least, follow a proper beauty routine.

In order to prepare and renew your skin Labelist Cosmetics recommend our intensive treatment: Glycolic + AHA Booster. We suggest you use it every other day for two or three weeks, and you will soon notice remarkable results.

You can also complement it with Retinol 0,15% to prevent and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and Niacinamide to reduce pores and the appearance of dark spots.

Doesn’t the month of January seem a little more bearable now? 3, 2, 1… the challenge begins!
